We currently do NOT accept:
- Medicaid
- Culinary
- Sierra Health and Life
- UMR
- Medicare Advantage Plans Not Listed Above
- Health Plan of Nevada
- Optum
- Cigna
For patients not using insurance, our self-pay rate is $150 per visit. Procedures, such as injections and biopsies, are additional.
